Almas Ceramics Co., Amman , is a limited liability company, registered with the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade on September 25 th , 1991 under No. 2557. It is a byproduct of the mother company "Ghaleb Khalaf & Bros", which was founded in Jenin in the early fifties. During the past five decades, its activities have been diversified and passed through several phases, comprising: Construction Contracting; Trade in Building Material; Quarries; Road-Construction and Housing in various locations of Amman .

Almas Ceramics Co. is specialized in the manufacturing of wall and floor ceramic tiles. It started production in June 1992. Since its establishment Almas  was keen to improve work-conditions; satisfy employees' needs, raise their competence; and modernize and develop its equipment. As a result, it was able to diversify its products, improve the quality and cut-down on production costs; thus, providing a convenient product and price to the consumer.

The company is currently composed of the following decentralized departments; in which, groups of specialized personnel work, each headed by a department-head, and all reporting to the factory manager; who in turn reports to the General Manager.
